KELLY SUAZO-DAVIS, M.A., CELC, CEIC, IS THE FOUNDER AND CEO Of DAUVCO

She is recognized as one of Richmond, VA's top 20 executive coaches in 2022, 2023, and a recipient of the 2018 Influential Businesswoman Award.

Kelly is an award winning entrepreneur and advocate for women’s economic development. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Fayetteville State University, a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and holds an International Executive Leadership and Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification. In 2010, she leaped into entrepreneurship with dedication, zeal, and ambition. Kelly's entrepreneurial spirit successfully led her to launch two businesses in the last 12 years. Equally important, her passion for learning and embracing her story allows her to bring real-life experience into her coaching and consulting practice, making her programs insightful and practical.

Kelly is a lifelong learner & servant leader that draws on more than twenty years of varied experience across government, corporate, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit sectors to lead DauvCo. Her team is committed to providing value and intentional executive coaching and leadership development programs to senior leaders nationwide. She serves as the Executive Director of Anchor In Ministries ( AIM4Unity) a (501c3) based in Chesterfield, VA. In addition, Kelly is an active board member of the Swift Creek YMCA, serving on the Philanthropy and Mission, Equity, and Inclusion (MEI) committees. She is also a member of the local Chamber, Richmond SHRM, and Metropolitan Business League (MBL).

Kelly is a Dominican American (Afro-Latina) native of Bronx, New York. She is the wife of MAJ Davis, mom of two spectacular young adults, and fur baby, Buttercup. She enjoys serving families in the church, military, and local community.
