As an award-winning entrepreneur and advocate for women’s economic development, I’ve bootstrapped and scaled two companies to six figures since 2010. I hold a B.S. from Fayetteville State University, an M.A. in Management & Leadership, and advanced credentials as a CELC, CEIC, and Hogan practitioner—combining academic rigor with hands-on business acumen.

Today, as Founder & CEO of DauvCo, I lead a team dedicated to delivering executive coaching and leadership development programs that translate real-world experience into immediate, measurable results. I also serve as Executive Director of Anchor In Ministries (AIM4Unity) and lend my expertise to the Swift Creek YMCA’s Philanthropy & MEI committees, Richmond SHRM, the local Chamber, and the Metropolitan Business League.

As a Bronx-born Dominican American (Afro-Latina) and proud military spouse of a retired Major, I lead DauvCo with over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning government, corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial arenas.
